Terms of sale

Last updated: November 7, 2026

tuskandpine.com is operated by Big Moose LLC, a Maine company. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

Orders and prices

Prices are in US dollars. Shipping within the US is free. Sales tax is added at checkout where required. Your order is confirmed when payment goes through and you receive a receipt. If a pricing or stock error happens, we'll contact you and refund in full.

Shipping and returns

See our shipping & returns policy.

The product

Colours can look slightly different on different screens. Slub cotton has a natural, uneven texture, so no two shirts are exactly alike. That's part of the fabric, not a defect.

Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maine.
